- A total of 25,000+ inpatients and 460,000+ outpatients have been treated at HBS Hospital in 8 years from April-2012 till Mar-2020
- Our services in 8 years include 2,800+ surgeries in specialties of General surgery, Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, Cardiology, Urology, ENT and Oncology areas and 3,300+ deliveries.
- Since its inception in September 2013 to March 2020, the HBS Dialysis centre has done around 175,000 dialysis and an average of around 2,800 dialysis per month currently serving around 250 patients for dialysis from the poorest echelons of society.
- Our dialysis charges are among the lowest in Bengaluru city. Around 60% of the dialysis we do is free to the patients as it has been fully subsidized by HBS hospital or paid by other donors.
- In 2016, we started a Low cost Medical& Surgical Intensive Care Unit (ICU) through which we have managed to reduce the cost of ICU treatment by more than half from comparable hospitals
- In 2019, we opened our 2nd operating theatre, which is the latest modular OT with laminar flow, where cutting edge operations and complex surgeries are now being done
- In July 2020, HBS was one of the few hospitals in the city that opened its door for COVID treatment, offering around 90 beds of which 34 are with ventilators. Nearly 200+ patients have been discharged after full recovery in the first month itself.
